A regular session lasts about 55-60 minutes. Some people require 1 or 2 sessions, others between 4 - 8 to achieve permanent change. Almost everyone will experience some degree of change after the first session. 

The reason it takes 4- 8 sessions to affect permanent change is because your body/mind connection has been locked up into a self-defeating pattern for a long time. Permanent change does take time (28 days) so be patient with yourself. 

It may appear there are no changes taking place, but be assured that deep beneath the surface there is a total restructuring of the body/mind connection going on.
