Our program consist of four 2 1/2 hours classes that meet your schedule because we specialize in meeting your needs.  We know that often both spouses work different shifts.  We also will allow you to break up the 2 1/2 hour classes to 1 hour classes if it best suits your needs.

• Hypnobirthing Manual: "A Celebration  of Life" written by Marie Mongan

• Two audio tapes: Rainbow Relaxation and Birthing Affirmations

• Birth Companion's Prompt Card

• Resource information regarding Pregnancy and Birth, which included up to date articles on pitocin, how to enhance natural delivery and increase your chances of avoiding unnecessary Cesarean section, forceps or suction delivery, episiotomy, perineal tears, and birthing positions.
